Compensation Range: $36,000 – $43,000 DOE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective Panacea Life Sciences (PLS) is committed to delivering safe, high-quality products and services at scale. Our business vision is to become the lowest cost, highest quality cannabinoid producer in the markets we serve by utilizing current good manufacturing practices, offering better quality assurance with cannabinoid products free from pesticides and heavy metals, providing better patient and doctor access to cannabinoid education and sourcing better equipment or devices.
The Sales Account Representative position will be responsible for sales and account management of our retail locations at DIA airport and Denver area malls.
Essential Functions: The Sales Account Representative is responsible for managing the sales functions at these locations, including but not limited to:
- Entrepreneurial mindset to maximize business growth.
- Understands Panacea Life Science’s business and is an expert on products, business segments and selling process.
- Travel between sites is required.
- Increase revenue from these retail locations.
- Learn and become expert in the point-of-sale systems used.
- Training of existing sales force at these locations.
- Works with Marketing resources to enhance selling process.
- An “expert” on products and solutions and is current on regulatory changes.
- Maintains working knowledge of applications and customer solutions.
- Attends periodic meetings and training classes as required.
- Prepares complete and accurate paperwork based on corporate policy and procedures.
- Reviews commission statements.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Job Requirements:
or other related degree (Preferred).
- One (1) years of relevant sales experience (Preferred) with a demonstrated record of sales and goal achievement.
- Computer savvy.
- Drug testing (other than THC) and security background check will be required.
- Sales in manufacturing, CBD and/or cannabis industry experience (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization.
- Proven track record of providing accurate, reproducible results in a timely manner in a demanding environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
