Job Description:
- Manage and increase sales in assigned accounts

Responsible for everything directly and indirectly related to sales

Working with multiple departments; finance, marketing, production, and inventory on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution

Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer-supplier relationship

Prepare sales information for customers

Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts
-
Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment

Schedule & attend events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities
-
Educating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing products
-
Negotiate pricing and terms
-
Keeps informed of competitor products, services and other general information of internal interest
-
Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining sales team and assisting team in attaining new accounts
-
This position requires up to 80% travel

3-5 years of sales and account management experience, prior sales experience in local cannabis industry preferred

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications

ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred

Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report, valid driver license required
