and reward good performance, identify performance deficiencies and take corrective action when necessary. - Develop and implement work improvement programs for assigned areas by conferring with senior management. - Manage climate in process areas in accordance to established requirements - Coordinate with Team to ensure assigned facility is organized and clean at all time. - Improve workplace ergonomics to reduce or eliminate work injuries. - Ensure effectiveness of food safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) - Ensure compliance with company’s security and safety protocols. - Ensure achievement of operational objectives in a timely manner. - Ensure continuity and maximize productivity and quality within the company guidelines. - Other duties as may be assigned. What You Have - Must be 21 years of age or older - High School Diploma or GED - Progressive work experience in Medical Marijuana, Food Processing, or Fresh Produce industries - Strong knowledge of Marijuana quality specifications - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively develop and train team members and to coordinate daily production plans - You are proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, & Word) - Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. at least waist high occasionally. - The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the “Act”) stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites. - Available to work extended hours, holidays, weekends and on-call as required. Ideally, you also have - Associates degree or vocational certifications - Bilingual (English/Spanish) About Us
