As Retention Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for managing Saucey on-site and off-site messaging channels, leveraging communication opportunities based on insights to communicate with customers and owning our conversion and retention metrics to reach overall business goals.
- Become the main stakeholder to manage, monitor, report, and optimize CRM campaigns including but not limited to Customer.io, SMS, Airship, direct mail, on site display, etc.
- Report and improve the conversion and retention metrics of leads and customers by using more targeted and thoughtful messaging (on-site and off-site) to users
- Identify opportunities and implement targeted and thoughtful messaging on site to improve conversion rate for new and existing customers including but not limited to main menu cards, categories, check out process, order tracking process, etc.
- Work with Business intelligence Analyst to create thoughtful messaging based on insights from customer feedback and NPS to

- Work with data team to perform customer analysis on persona to proactively provide insights of key drivers for growth
- Assist with implementing and reporting of new market launch, growth experiments, and ad hoc requests from other teams within CRM
- Work with Brand Partnership Manager to make sure the items that live in CRM from brand partnership programming guides are delivered in a satisfactory manner timely while serving the main purpose of keeping customers engaged
- Communication with CRM support and product team on questions, bugs, new feature suggestions to enhance CRM channels functionality
- Actively research and keep up to date on retention and CRM best practices in the industry to deliver top quality content messaging
