Curaleaf is adding a Retail Coordinator to our National Operations team. This team member will be critical in streamlining priorities and initiatives for our retail operations team from external requests, while driving timely execution internally. They will also be the primary contact for our cross-functional teams, to understand needs and ensure we are addressing all incoming requests.
- Work with internal stake holders (Ops, SVP & RVPs) to organize projects and prioritize based on revenue generation, timeliness or organizational impact
- Track new stores buildouts/remodels to ensure stores open on time and minimize any operational impact during renovation
- Proactively address market needs and track any operational risks, our store fleet's ability to operate
- Provide a point of contact
Job Requirements:
for all store level leadership to begin issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, compliance engineering, etc) on incoming projects.
- Coordinate communications, preparing presentations, and assisting with documentation preparation
- Coordinate team meetings, reporting and events
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Complete special projects as needed
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information
- Visiting store sites, as needed
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
- Advanced competency with MS Office
- Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude
- Subject to background check per state cannabis requirements
