- Create and implement an outreach strategy to reach clients within relevant territory throughout CA
- Bring rolodex of industry and brand contacts cultivated and worked with during years of cannabis sales
- Develop tools to dissect client material needs, timelines, price requirements and any logistical nuances
- Accurately forecast quarterly reorder expectations to communicate properly with supply chain team
- Maintain a close eye on market trends to help organization stay ahead of developing product categories
- Well developed cannabis vernacular and extensive experience with various product lines
- Mastery of sales strategy, effective cannabis sales across multiple verticals (more than 2 years)
- Thoroughly established brand contacts throughout the CA Cannabis market
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and can operate up to 80% remotely
