Job Description:
Welcome all visitors to the Commission’s headquarters office;
Maintain general reception area and conference rooms;
Answer and direct incoming calls;
Process incoming and outgoing daily mail, including distribution of mail and packages to Commission staff;
Assist in the development, maintenance, and training others on standard operating procedures related to administration and office operations;
Coordinate and order office supplies and equipment, personnel protective equipment, and other supplies;
Ensures office activities are operational and in compliance with standards or guidelines.
Facilitate office maintenance and repairs; and
Work on special projects or tasks as assigned.
- Maintain the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct and support the Commission’s goals for a diverse and culturally aware workforce;
- Provide administrative support to Commissioners, Executive Director, and Commission staff as needed; and
- Willingness and ability to work in Commission’s headquarters in Worcester.

This position is non-civil service. This position is an exempt position.
