Job Description:
This position is for full-time employment as a
- Greet customers with a smile! You are making the first impression on each person who calls or walks in the door. Customer Service is your top priority!
- Responsible for checking ID’s, verifying & maintaining patient files, with an emphasis on maintaining compliance with current industry regulations
- Responsible for answering phones, in a consistent & professional manner at all times
- Update online presence daily, monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Retain knowledge of strains, products, and sales to answer any customer questions
- Manage the visitor log and check in vendors
- Maintain cleanliness of the store including bathrooms, kitchen, lobbies, & retail storage.
- Listen and respond to customer needs, treating all customers with respect
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and accessories, prepare and merchandise product for sale as necessary
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, maintaining productivity throughout the workday when not assisting customers
- Familiar with cannabis strain and product knowledge
- 1-2 years of office experience (Cannabis Industry experience is also preferred)
- Valid MED badge; Please attach front/back copies of your badge with resume
- Flexible Schedule; We are open 7 days a week from 9am-10pm, and candidates must be available to work mornings or evenings as well as weekends
- Must have superlative organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Education - minimum High School Diploma
