Job Description:

This role will provide essential support for the daily operations of the Provisioning Centers (retail stores). The selected candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will poses outstanding customer service skills.
- Oversee the menu management processes across all platforms; Leaflogix, Dutchie, Leafly, Weedmaps, etc.
- Ensure menu accuracy through daily, on-going monitoring of all platforms
- Manage team of Provisioning Data Admins with task/duty assignment and schedule creation
- Manage Provisioning Analyst and maintain a working knowledge of Daily Deals and promotional deals
- Communicate regularly with Retail Managers, providing updates as necessary
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Retail Operations
- Assist with key elements of the day-to-day business
- Track menu issues and resolves on a daily basis
- Monitor sales orders, maintain reporting and data analytics
- Re-enforce company policies and procedures
- Liaise/collaborate with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years are older and be able to pass a criminal background check
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, will consider equivalent experience
- 2+ Years administrative experience required
- 2+ Years data analysis, analytical experience required
- 2+ Years sales or marketing experience a plus
- 1+ Years cannabis menu management
