Job Description:
Sanctuary Medicinals in Florida is looking for one commercial retail project manager / owner representative to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a competent, motivated, experienced individual who can work autonomously and takes initiative.
Under the direction of the company’s Construction Project Manager, assist in managing the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous small commercial retail construction projects across the state of Florida. Duties shall include:

Overall lifecycle oversight of assigned projects (5-15 simultaneously)
- Responsibility for all project level documents and project administrative activities including real estate due diligence work, permit submissions, design management, construction bidding, & construction management
- Coordinate commercial land development and construction activities between PM team, vendors, contractors, government offices, and other stakeholders.
- Review, coordination, and expediting of vendor/contractor RFIs and change orders.
- Tracking vendor/contractor work progress and processing of payment requests.
- Establish preferred vendor relationships and contracts with vendors/suppliers for signs, low voltage, security, alarm monitoring, furniture, and other needs.
- Visit project sites periodically to check on security and construction progress
- Coordinate with various government and utility offices for approvals, accounts, etc.
- Primary responsibility for certain program wide development initiatives based on strengths and experience

Candidate must have proficiency in project budgeting, project level bookkeeping, tracking and allocations of project costs, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Needs to demonstrate ability in MS Excel, MS Word, collaborative PM software, and cloud based

Must work remotely and travel to project sites in Florida as needed. Mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with the IRS defined rate.
This is a full time position for a company in the Cannabis industry. Applicant must be 21, willing to agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, submit to fingerprinting for background check, and perform in accordance with other rules dictated by the local, state, and federal governments. A clean criminal history is required.
