Job Description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning of lab equipment and surfaces

Grinding cannabis into forms for preparation of processing

Time management; employees must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products

Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and that the environment is safe for all workers

Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and workers

Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible

Analyzing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations

Packing columns

Packaging pre-rolls/rolling cannabis cigarettes

Assisting with packaging and labeling

General labor tasks as instructed
- A high school education or equivalent is required

Prior laboratory experience is preferred, though not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in the cannabis industry is highly recommended, but not required

Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.

Ability to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are working with; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.

The Pre-Roll Production Technician is primary responsibility is performing daily activities involving manipulating flower and oil, weighing, stuffing, rolling, labeling, and packaging cannabis products in an efficient and timely fashion. This role will be directly involved in manufacturing our products from the very beginning to a final sale ready unit that will directly affect the customer experience with our branded products. tasks in support of product manufacturing and production goals.
