POSITION SUMMARY
The key responsibilities for the Product Specialist (PS) is to: be responsible for the education of the customers seeking to purchase product from our dispensary.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Ensure company core values meet or agree with personal values
- 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service management/leadership role required
- Must have strong administrative / documenting skills
- 2 years Cannabis retail required
- Essential thinking skills are vital, in addition to analytical problem-solving
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Customer Service awards from previous employment
- Full working knowledge of Office 365 (word, excel, drive)
- Must be willing to work with growers-processors to understand the plant
- Communication skills, both written and verbal a must
- Effective negotiation Skills
- Demonstrate the ability to assist in building a positive working environment
- College a plus (Bachelor’s)
- Must poses the ability to evaluate and analyze multiple projects at a time
- 5 years of indoor or outside sales experience

- Attend 95% of all weekly Conference Call for updates, discussions, direction for effective communication and performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customer external and internal

- Contribute to the overall achievement of Primitiv’s Corporate Goals
- Maintain above average mastery of the selected POS system
- Retail loss prevention goal should be less than 2%
- Correct all violations with a high sense of urgency while working with Director to meet all regulatory requirements
- Consistently exceeds sales goal by 10%
