Facility Manager Position
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for all post-harvest activities including, but not limited to harvest, trimming, curing, quality control, packaging, product transfer facilitation, and waste processing/reporting. This individual is also responsible for the management of employees implementing the tasks described above.
A key responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety of all consumer products by designing, implementing, and tracking strategic facility sanitation practices.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Facility experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Post-Harvest experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Personnel Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Inventory Management experience.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of effective post-harvest best practices and procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must not be registered as a primary caregiver or must withdraw registration as a registered primary caregiver prior to accepting an official Offer of Employment. Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of harvesting, trimming, curing, quality control, packaging, product transfer facilitation, and waste processing/reporting.
- Strong counting, tracking, and inventory management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

- Responsible for all post-harvest production support; including but not limited to inventory management, harvesting, trimming, curing, packaging, product transfers, quality control, sanitation, waste management, order fulfillment, and facility sanitation/maintenance.
- Review productivity measurements including trimming productivity, delivery times, net production, material usage, spoilage and quality.
- Develop and implement operational workflow and standard operating procedures for all post-harvest positions, monitor effectiveness, and update as needed.
- Must maintain a culture of professionalism at all times.
- Project and communicate production levels over time and assist Facility Manager in identifying strategies to maximize available resources.
- Implement safe and compliant product storage and quality control strategies to combat pests, mold, powdery mildew, fungus, and other contaminants.
