Post Harvest Manager

Post Harvest Manager will be responsible for oversight of the post-harvest process including harvesting, hanging, drying, weighing, data logging, curing, maintaining facility/equipment cleanliness, packaging, labeling, inventory tracking and reporting, green waste disposal and other duties. Scheduling and managing Packaging and Trimming staff. - Perform all aspects of post-harvest processing including trimming, harvesting, drying, packaging, labeling, waste disposal and inventory management - METRC and state compliance mandatory - Assist in audits and data collection for inventory accuracy and ensure all tracking is compliant with regulations - Maintain drying and curing protocols for post-harvest operations and monitor environmental controls - Meet all production/labor scheduling deadlines to complete all projected post-harvest needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Operation of packaging equipment - Cleaning & preparation of rooms and equipment - Processing and labeling products - Packaging orders for shipment or storage MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS PACKAGING MANAGER OR LEAD IN THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PROCESSING JOINTS METRC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS Must be 21 years of age or over. Must consent to CORI, background and social media check. Possess the ability to successfully obtain an Agent Registration Card. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
