Peer Support Specialist

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will assist patients in setting and pursuing their recovery goals by: - Providing support and helping facilitate access to care, - Acting as a role model within a member’s recovery, - Facilitating positive change, - Providing assertive linkages to community resources, - Offering crisis support, and, - Supporting ongoing recovery management. - Maintain a State of Oregon CRM (Certified Recovery Mentor) certification. - Ability to organize and track multiple data requirements. - Knowledge of computers and relevant software. - Possess good writing skills. - Ability to network and problem solve. - Ability to work with supervision.
