Vertosa is expanding into new adult-use markets, and we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our partner manufacturing labs in markets outside of California. This highly cross-functional role will work with many departments (sales, operations, logistics, R&D, QA, finance) both internally at Vertosa and with each remote partner location to ensure streamlined, efficient, and consistent processes are established, implemented, and maintained. We are currently operating in partner facilities in Canada, Massachusetts, Maine, Colorado, Michigan, and more to come. This role will report to the VP of Expansion and support the ongoing operations in each remote market. Job Requirements:

customers Conceive and establish best practices and programs to motivate and guide partners to deeply integrate with Vertoa in efficient and novel ways to deliver superior service to our customers Manage partner’s finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables from clients and partners including monthly reconciliations. Manage partner’s operations team to establish an efficient and timely shipping process with the end customer in mind, including: Review sales orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Oversee partner logistics to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments to end customers Communicate with partners and intra-department team members regarding logistic/transport inquiries Ensure execution of any special shipping arrangements, as necessary Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized in each market Own logistical flow of goods for all of Vertosa’s remote labs Work with Quality Assurance Person at each regional partner to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance Manage inventory levels at each remote lab Capture, track, and manage key success metrics, such as order turn-around-times, customer satisfaction, and regional partner/market health and growth You are passionate about taking ownership, driving impact and solving problems. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable digging deep below the surface to uncover insights that will play a critical role in guiding our remote market growth.
