- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and guests by creating an inviting experience
- Verify customer Identification and Create New Customer Profiles in Treez in accordance with State law
- Greet and thank all visitors when entering and leaving
- Answer all phones and direct them to right personnel
- Coordinate deliveries from vendors
- Monitor flow of store
- Ability to get all customers to sign up for Marketing programs
- Respond to reviews online
- Update online menu in Treez
- Verify customer Identification and Create New Customer Profiles in Treez
- Check in returning customers, sign up new customers

Job Requirements:

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
This position will work in an office/retail store environment with a controlled temperature and may have to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Must be able to stand, sit for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers for data entry, some lifting, squatting, bending, some pushing and pulling.
