Part-Time Grower Accountant

Part-time responsibility for grower accounting processes for domestic and international growers/partners and Grower Services during off-hours. - Supervisor: Senior Corporate Accountant - Reconciles SAP sales boards to MBG’s and Hortifrut’s warehouse summary reports during their season and serves as back-up to balance all the other warehouses when needed - Verifies that all orders are settled by the account manager or estimated prices are entered (given to accountant by category manager) prior to liquidations - Verifies that all the cost information has been received and applied to each lot prior to liquidation. - Verifies that all customer deductions and costs are taken from liquidations prior to payment on a weekly basis - Balances average of 15 warehouses daily - Must be extremely detail-oriented - Strong math aptitude and ability to work accurately with numbers - High level of skill with Microsoft Excel required - Experience with Microsoft Word, Access and Outlook - Primary work hours are Saturday & Sunday and will guarantee 3 hours per day
