Job Description:
- Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service
- Making sure customers are happy with the service and products
- Educating patients on the medicinal benefits of cannabis products
- Ensure accuracy and compliance
- Helping to implement store policies and corporate initiatives.
- Money handling
- Managing store cleanliness and organization
- Dealing with customer complaints and issues
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for:
o Processing transactions
o Verifying patient’s registration status
o Verify patient has a current doctor recommendation
o Recording weights of bulk products
- Take direction with professionalism and contribute to a positive company culture.
- You may be expected to work jobs or use skills that are not listed above.
- Be able to perform detailed work all day in a team setting
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Weedmaps, Leafly, and Point of Sale systems
- Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Be able to lift 30lbs safely and effectively
- Able to work on feet for 4-8 hours a shift
- Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
- Must have good communication skills
