- Load bags into the packaging machine through a conveyor belt
- Check all bags that the packaging machine produces to ensure that each bag is completely sealed and has a legible COA print
- Communicate with other team members about: opening and closing machine doors, starting and stopping machine, when bags or gummies do not meet quality standards
- Ensure that packaging area is kept clean and organized
- Load gummies carefully into the hopper as needed
- Check quality of gummies: color, consistency, full or partial coating of sugar
- Report any issues that may arise to a Supervisor or higher up
- Great communication skills, positive attitude, trustworthy, dependable, accountable for own actions, motivating team members, able to delegate minor tasks, and able to receive constructive criticism.
- Must be able to provide minor maintenance and adjustments to the BP deposit machine.
- Must be able to time manage, multitask, organize, attention to details, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Up to date food handler’s certification preferred
- Preferred but not required experience in the cannabis industry, in leadership position, production facilities, or restaurants.
- Previous assembly line, production, and/or professional cooking experience preferred
- Basic telephone application skills (messaging via telegram)
- Basic personal computer skills including email, word processing,

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
