Order Fulfillment Specialist

The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports the Sales Department with customer orders, the management and fulfillment of back orders, and the preparation, invoicing and distribution of products to customers. Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity are the main emphasis of the Order Fulfillment Specialist. - Detailed oriented and accurate with paperwork - Accurately fulfill & package all customer orders in a timely manner - Accurately invoice customer orders - Accurately prepare all necessary documentation for distribution of customer orders - Monitor order lines each day to manage daily capacity - Maintain Company lead time for order fulfillments - Complete all orders per specific customer requirements and at completion of order – archive documentation - When needed fill back orders or make adjustments to returned products - Maintain safe & clean work environment - Maintain open & clear traffic pathways - Step in when other tasks need to be completed - Work overtime when required (can be mandated) - Maintain clean department & other areas, as requested - Follow directions from Supervisors - 21
