Job Description:
Cookies Retail is a preferred global retail partner of Cookies that will be opening and operating store across the US and beyond. The Online Product Coordinator will play an integral part in securing & managing all assets to build and maintain the online product catalogs. The Online Product Coordinator will oversee all 3rd party platforms such as, but not limited to Weedmaps, Dutchie, etc. The Online Product Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the buyers, marketing team, and vendor partners daily to secure all assets needed. The Online Product Coordinator will be in support of all Cookies Retail Locations which are currently in five states and expanding. Due to the scope of this role, the Online Product Coordinator will partner will multiple buyers and report into the Buying Manager.
Core Responsibilities

- Manage online catalog across 3rd party platforms including images, product descriptions, certificate of analysis, brand verifications, etc.
- Gather, create, and maintain digital asset catalog.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to gather digital assets and product details.
- Support product team with new product set up.
- Set up & maintain promos in 3rd party platforms.
- Support basic reporting on KPIs for online catalog management.
- Keen attention to details and highly organized.
- Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from product team management.
