Job Description:
Seeking Lead grower for 100 lighter.
Must be well versed in IPM, understand basic VPD, and posses knowledge of nutrients beyond nute company regimens.
Must be a self starter and have Metrc Knowledge. We are taking over an existing operation that needs a lot of work. Purchased new lights, equipment and infrastructure, but will require lots of work to get it properly dialed. You will have a large degree of autonomy and be expected to perform with minimal supervision.
There is a house on property that would be included as living accommodations as a part of the position. Great surfing close by as well.
Pay is a base and a % of the harvest.
