You will view and talk to the patient online, in a HIPAA compliant Tele-health platform. You will answer questions for the patient and talk about alternatives to the pharmaceuticals, primarily cannabis. You will NOT be writing any scheduled prescriptions. After evaluation of the patient, you will issue the written certification for the patient.
