We are looking for our next Menu Liaison superstar to join our team!
- Monitor the Emjay Menu Data Health for each site and fixing any issues pertaining to
- SKUs with missing pictures, description, phenotype, etc. above 2%
- Items disabled from the Menu above 2%
- Create and edit new SKUs to reflect accurate product information that will be displayed on the website and used to track product information including, but not limited to, information pertaining to products:
- Product name with respect to Emjay naming conventions
- SKU number and reducing any duplicate SKUs for same products across markets
- Category, METRC Category, Weight of product, Phenotype
- Price, Vendor, Brand
- Coordinate with Inventory team to take pictures of new SKUs within a 24 hour turnaround time
- Follow photography SOPs and send all pictures to Photographer for editing
- Update SKUs across markets with pictures after they have been edited
- Maintain and reorder photography equipment as needed
Job Requirements:
- Maintain menu display information with Weedmaps and other 3rd-party platforms including but not limited to:
- Enabling online sellable with a threshold of 5
- Verification of correct product
- Weekly Syncs and Token Renewal
- Interfacing with Blaze and 3rd party representative to troubleshoot any issues escalated by any member of the Emjay team
- Respond to any issues on the menu in regards to problems posted on Menu Support Slack channels and escalate to the appropriate party when unable to resolve
- Update Blaze with discounts in a timely manner with respect to beginning and end dates as directed by Purchasing, Store/Depot Manager, Growth, or Inventory Operations
- Coordinate promotion of Slow Moving SKUs and Expiring Batches with Store/Depot/Inventory Manager and Growth department
- Daily optimization of the Case Packing Worksheet per location for OFAs with updated Unums, UIDs, Quantities, Prices and maintain a record of daily ledgers for auditing and investigation purposes
- Interface with Brand reps on acquiring assets for growth, Budtender training materials, expiring or non-compliant product exchange, brand performance, and PADs (as scheduled by Store Manager)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Extreme attention to detail and highly-responsive to the needs of the menu
- 4 year Bachelor of Arts in Communication, English, Business, Marketing, Photography, Fine Arts, Design, etc. desired
- Familiarity with Blaze POS, METRC and general cannabis knowledge is a plus
- 50% travel between locations to take pictures and monitor menu health in relation to physical inventory
