Job Description:
Pyramid is seeking a Marketing/Sales manager to prepare a yearly marketing plan, guide the brand in both the Michigan and Colorado markets and review monthly sales data to align the sales department with marketing. Prior cannabis or alcohol experience is a plus, but not necessary. Looking for someone with 5 years of experience in the field. Company culture is very laid back, and working from home will be available some days.
Job responsibilities include:
- Conduct monthly reviews with the sales team
- Prepare ROI analysis for various campaigns and guide the brand's marketing direction
- Review various services for implementation
- Provide a consistent message across all platforms
- Producing a brand style guide
- Attending industry events
