Create the industry-leading Cannabis Lifestyle brand of premium retail stores and cannabis goods and related products, with significant consumer appeal, brand awareness and customer resonance.
The Marketing Manager, reporting to the CMO, will be responsible for managing brand awareness, marketing campaigns, customer experience, and customer acquisition & retention initiatives across multiple marketing channels. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are a must as data is used to measure ROI and business impact of initiatives and campaigns. In this role you will be expected to use both analytical skills and flex creative muscles and should be as comfortable with marketing as science as you are with marketing as an art form. Additionally, you must be able to work at both the strategic level (generating exciting and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (creating campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing impact, solving problems and working in store and with the store teams on execution). You must be collaborative and have the team spirit necessary to support others through ideas, best practices and attainment of results.
Duties and Deliverables:
- Manage promotional and marketing calendars, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that activities are being executed consistently across brand initiatives.
- Create and manage engaging content across social and industry channels
- Assist with community management (DMs, comments, reviews)
- Attend marketing meetings with new brands and maintain brand assets and launch dates on the marketing calendar.
- Contributing to Instagram Stories ideation and production.
- Update, maintain and organize assets, information, files and materials and coordinate to ensuring that collateral is up

- Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative content.
- Building long-term relationships with influencers and thought leaders
- Establishing and monitoring quarterly goals with an emphasis on increasing impressions, mentions, and followers.
- Supporting all major and minor editorial tentpoles
- Aiding in production of content taking place for SF; identifying influencers to create content there and liaising with photography and editorial to see projects to completion.
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
- Maintain launch timelines, keeping up with all of the due dates, and updating to make sure they work with the different teams
- Assist with email marketing, text message marketing and other digital initiatives
- Research new marketing and promotional opportunities and present to Marketing leadership regularly
- Assist marketing team with scheduling and planning of internal and external meetings
- Guides projects from start to finish, determining scope, assigning tasks to team members, setting deadlines, and anything else involved in setting up projects for execution.
- Facilitates communication between stakeholders and ensures project team members are communicating clearly with one another.
