Marketing Manager

- Works in collaboration with the COO and Store Managers to produce both traditional and online media material for events, Elev8 apparel, Elev8 branded product, etc. - Serves as the brand’s face, attending and organizing events sponsored by or in partnership with Elev8 Cannabis. - Serves as the brand’s voice, distributing vital messages to the customer base via media platforms. Including but not limited to: store closures, sales, community events, responding to inquiring messages, etc. - Proficient in assessing media analytics and following trend statistics. - Aims to raise conversion rates through creative marketing. - Manages main media platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, visual-first networks. Creating interesting posts that urge the viewer/potential customer to follow or repost is vital to social media success. - Builds relationships with customers & suppliers through media marketing with engagement to comments, tags and reposting content. Creating trust with consumers through natural engagement and brand loyalty. - Showcases Elev8’s culture tenants through imagery. Creating a connection between consumer and staff. While also encouraging potential employees to apply to work for Elev8. - Highlights the diversity of Elev8 through imagery. - Streamlines sharing stories and news articles that serve the interests of Elev8, making the company media channels a main news source for all things Elev8 and cannabis. - Create and manage hashtag campaigns, that create engagement and promote the business. - Create interactive stories and posts that allow engagement more than just likes. - Creating content that promotes the “lifestyle” aspect of Elev8 Cannabis connecting people to more than a product, but a life they wish to have. - Engage with cannabis lifestyle
