Job Description:
- Support creation of marketing collateral and content including copy writing
- Assist with social media accounts – posting, interacting, answering questions
- Keep track of pop-up/ customer appreciation day schedules and plans
- Respond to website inquiries
- Special event execution including venue bookings, décor and set up, event flow and coordination
- Support marketing needs for top sales accounts, such as pop up events or in store tastings, collateral requests
- Manage email lists and top retail location files
- Help organize and keep collateral libraries current
- Work with printers to obtain quotes and approval for marketing collateral
- Work with internal accounting team ensure vendors/ printers get paid
- Assist with company site updates (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Website, Instagram etc.)
- Coordinate shipping and deadlines for marketing materials
- Proofread marketing material
- Traffic materials through compliance
- Create marketing program recaps analyzing program goals and results
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational/project management skills/ability to multi-task and work independently
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Knowledge of email platforms preferred
- Proficiency with the Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook computer skills
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- Understand simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling.
- Be a team player and interact professionally with co-workers
- Four-year college degree. – required. Preferred in Business or Marketing
- Experience in marketing support role or similar for at least 1 year. – required
- Experience in cannabis industry preferred
