Marketing Coordinator

Summary: - Assisting in the go-to-market strategy for product and store launches, as well as new projects - Assisting with routine marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints for medical and recreational audiences (includes print and digital) - Gathering data for analytics and metrics tracking across all platforms, including competitive research for brands - Managing and organizing internal team requests between marketing and other departments - Managing local, regional, and national memberships & sponsorships - Supporting wholesale initiatives between Theory Wellness and retailers - Managing the marketing budget - Managing vendor outreach & costing - Ongoing industry research and competitive audits across the cannabis industry - Understanding core routine marketing channels and assisting in the development and execution of email, media, texting, social, website, and a variety of other channels - Other duties as necessary Benefits: - Medical, Vision, and Dental - Paid time off - Life Insurance Requirements: - 2+ years marketing-related experience preferred - Experience working directly with various marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email marketing) - Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Self-sufficient and able to work independently - Strong ability to multitask - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines - Strong software and computer skills - Openness to collaboration and constructive feedback - High-energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right - Willingness to explore and learn new skills - An interest or passion for cannabis - At least 21 years of age - No felony
