MARIJUANA RETAIL MANAGER

- Supervise operations of 2-3 Medical dispensaries - Develop a schedule to adequately staff the retail location. - Train all employees on sales, policies, process, procedures and roles. - Point of Sale management - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Manage daily, weekly and month marketing to increase sales and client volumes. - Comply with company cash handling polices and perform daily cash management responsibilities per company policy. - Manage store sales and client database, including weekly summaries of metrics. - Manage procurement of inventory, store supplies and equipment. - Perform daily inventory management. - Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service. - Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure. - Contribute to team environment and company advancement per strategic direction set by management. - Reporting and information management skills, Microsoft Office skills, process management, professionalism, team problem solving, inventory control, marijuana policy and law and verbal communication. - Retail l management experience required - Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of dispensary. - Advanced knowledge of marijuana concentrates and edibles. - Accountability and proactive behavior. - You can start within two weeks of acceptance. - You are trustworthy and hardworking. - You have reliable transportation. - Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of dispensary. - Moral character requirements as specified by Company and in accordance with the Colorado Marijuana Code. - Experience with interviewing, hiring, reviews and coaching team members Cover letter
