JOB DESCRIPTION Manufacturing Manager At Cloud Cannabis Co., we Cloud Cannabis is seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Manager to join the Warren manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing a manufacturing facility with a great focus on high quality products. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-today manufacturing operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. - Manufacturing Manager oversees our organizations’ manufacturing process including equipment, maintenance, and layout. - Monitor and evaluates workflow and assembly methods and makes recommendation for process improvements. - Comply with company policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Prepare and maintain fully engaged as well as talented workforce. - Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability. - Overseeing staffing, scheduling and training for production. - Ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met. - Prepare production, staff, and reports. - Report daily, weekly and long-term production data to meet company standards and compliance requirements - Reports to Director of Manufacturing. 1.) Quality and precision focused - BS degree in Business Management or related field preferred - Proven work experience as a manufacturing manager or equivalent position in a manufacturing environment with demonstrable track record of performance to the goals of this position - Experience in lean manufacturing processes and principles - General knowledge of business and management principles
