Initial job duties and responsibilities will include: - Execute production work orders and quality standards - Operate a custom-built Fixed Automation machine with diligence and effectiveness - Ability to develop knowledge of electromechanical systems - Knowledge of basic process control and good documentation practices - Demonstrate ability to monitoring and discuss the performance of machine and equipment performance - Able to work within a laboratory environment safely - Provide other production equipment setups and operation of select workstations - Basic machine troubleshooting - Maintain thorough documentation and support Quality Management System - Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Physical Demands: - Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training, experience, or education desired - 1 – 2 years of lab or technical work with a desire to learn - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently - Mechanically Inclined - Reliable and Punctual with good communication skills - Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Good vision and the ability to distinguish color - Good manual dexterity - Ability to problem solve - Must have an interest in doing high quality work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental insurance - Health
