Job Description:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for handling product management and distribution. The Warehouse Manager coordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse by designing and developing product movement and storage systems, improving operations, and supporting the front-line staff. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across all shifts. This individual is responsible for managing work shifts and developing a team of leaders.

- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Develops processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes (check in/out), and shipping
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans
- Reviews and prepares any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Develops and implements warehouse operation systems improvement projects as assigned while analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Troubleshoots all receiving and shipping complaints to find the cause, help resolve the issue, and prevent reoccurrence
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation and Logistics, Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
- 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution and operational procedures required
- 3 years' supervisory experience required
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of distribution practices
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
