Job Description:
- Develop and implement a packaging plan based on the processing and kitchen manufacturing plan.
- Achieve assigned operational and financial key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Daily, weekly, and monthly measurement and reporting of assigned operational and financial data.
- Manage quality assurance/quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements for safety, packaging, and labeling.
- Ensure Revolution approved WorkFlow processes for packaging and labeling are implemented and followed.
- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to support achievement of the packaging schedule.
- Provide regular feedback on individual and team performance, reinforcing a culture of accountability.
- Lead by example with a “hands-on” presence in the department.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure that job descriptions are current, and that performance evaluations are completed thoroughly and on time.
- Maintain all documentation required to operate within compliance of all regulations.
- Assist with all inspections and audits.
- Two years of experience in food products packaging.
- Two years of experience in managing a multi-function team of 10+ employees.
- Experience in managing quality assurance/quality control processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to achieve objectives by maintaining a culture of accountability built on a robust reward and recognition program.
- Excellent planning and organization skills (required).
- Ability to recognize process deviation and take corrective action (required).
- Excellent communication skills (required).
- Ability to lead by example and work “hands on” with the team (required).
- Experience working in an operational excellence or Lean/6
Job Requirements:

- Team leadership training (preferred).
- 21 years old minimum age requirement.
- Mechanical aptitude sufficient to understand basic machine operation.
- Supervision experience is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently complete data entry.
- Have a passion for cannabis.
- Positive attitude, ability to follow directions, and desire to learn.
- Must pass internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI.
- Must obtain and maintain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
