Job Description:
Sunderstorm is looking for a Dishwasher Lead to oversee the cleaning of our gummy production equipment, working surfaces, and maintaining general facility cleanliness. Dishwashing Lead duties will include making sure the team members are properly cleaning production material such as gummy molds, beakers, cooking utensils, Etc. The Dishwasher Lead will also be in charge of keeping the production floor clean. This would entail daily tasks such as: taking out garbage/recycling, disposing of gummy waste, sweeping and mopping the production floor.

- Ensure all equipment that is going through our dishwashing station is properly cleaned according to FDA regulations and our Food Handlers Course
- Keep dish station clean and organized
- Communicate with Lead - Cook and Lead - Ediles on dish needs, QC issues, safety concerns
- Motivate and mentor dish team members
- Help the team resolve personnel issues and report to supervisor/manager/HR if necessary
- Ensure that all team members are working accurately and efficiently according to the SOPs
- Ensure the team is equipped with the correct PPE and tools needed to complete their tasks in a safe and timely manner

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to provide minor maintenance and adjustments to the BP deposit machine.
- Must be able to time manage, multitask, organize, attention to details, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins, must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time

- Must be age 21 or over - CA residency with valid ID is required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Preferred but not required experience in the cannabis industry, in a leadership position, production facilities, or restaurants.
- Previous assembly line and or production line experience
- Basic telephone application skills (messaging via telegram)
- Basic personal computer skills including email, word processing, etc
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
