Job Description:

We are a Tier-3 cannabis producer/processor looking to expand our production crew! Our mission is to consistently provide some of the highest quality cannabis on the market. To achieve this goal, we need high energy individuals with the ability to multi-task and change directions quickly. A passion for cannabis and the willingness to learn new skills will put you at the top of the list of candidates. As of right now, we are looking for an experienced lead trimmer who will also help as a floor lead on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for hard working, reliable, driven individuals, with good communication skills, who like working with a team to accomplish goals and is willing to work in other areas of our warehouse if necessary (Trim, Packaging, Pre-Rolls). - Keep Trim Manager advised on productivity - Log department’s data entry (time trials, weight logs, personnel performance) ensuring that it is accurate, well organized, and done in a timely manner - Set expectations and hold people accountable - Train and help develop department personnel to acceptable levels - Provide honest regular feedback to all department personnel - Set proper example for department members to follow - Harvesting, prepping, trimming of cannabis following company SOP's - Must be able to trim more than 2lbs+ per 8-hour shift - Use state-of-the-art trim machine for processing certain materials - Shuck cannabis flowers from stems - Sort cannabis flowers by grade, quality analysis - Recording weights accurately - De-leafing - Hanging cannabis flowers to dry - Examine flower to ensure quality standards are met at all times (able to identify things such as mold, mildew, bud rot, etc) - Use traceability software (MisterKraken) to help organize, track, and process materials. - Clean work

Job Requirements:

areas and hand tools using cleaning solutions - Processing and building finished goods packaging (weighing out bags, heatsealing, rolling joints, applying labels, rolling/packaging pre-rolls) - Providing assistance to Packaging, Shipping, or Cultivation departments when necessary - Other duties as assigned - Basic understanding of drying and curing processes and requirements - Help control/manage environments within Department storage, drying, and curing areas - Ensure product is ready for processing by checking all materials are at desired dryness/moisture levels - Use environment monitor application to observe temperatures and humidity in storage, drying, and curing areas - Minimum 1+ years of recent commercial cannabis trimming experience (required) - Minimum 1+ year of previous lead or management experience (preferred) - Must be 21 years old per state regulations and pass a criminal background check - High school diploma, GED graduate, preferred - Must have reliable transportation - Basic knowledge of cannabis, must be able to perform quality inspections of flower and know what to look for - Previous data entry and analysis experience (preferred) - Proficiency with previous I-502 traceability software such as MisterKraken (preferred) - Ability to prioritize shifting tasks, projects, and priorities - Must have excellent attendance and professionalism - Must be detail oriented - Must be able to stay focused and motivated for extended periods of time - Must be an enthusiastic outgoing team player with a strong spirit of cooperation - Must be able to perform all basic warehouse abilities. Previous warehouse labor experience preferred - No cannabis consumption permitted on the job - Schedule will be Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:00pm) - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus - Must be able to lift, carry and balan
