IT Support

Nevada Made Marijuana is immediately looking to add a talented IT Support Professional to our rapidly growing company. We are a premier cannabis manufacturing and retail company with locations throughout Nevada and Missouri. Our ideal candidate has a strong IT background with experience in operations or project management. - Work quickly and efficiently to diagnose and resolve network and technical issues; - Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues for multiple locations, remotely and in person; - Install and troubleshoot facility hardware and equipment as needed; - Assist the Director of Security and HR in any capacity needed. - High school diploma or GED; - A+ certification preferred; - Minimum 2 years of retail IT experience preferred; - Project management or operations management preferred; - Ability to learn and understand systems; - Strong knowledge of network and server functions and equipment; - Proficient technical knowledge; - Ability to work a flexible schedule with on-call hours; - Travel between multiple locations (Henderson, Las Vegas, Laughlin) and out of state (Missouri).
