- Regular and predictable attendance
- Troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Point of Sale maintenance and installation
- General IT maintenance and incident response
- Implement and monitor security systems
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating technology
- Point of contact for all third party IT vendors and systems security
- Regular evaluation of current systems to ensure they meet the demands
- Educating team members about network security and best practices
- Support the day-to-day operations of the network
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
