Under the direction and supervision of the IT Director, the IT Help Desk Support position provides high-quality customer service as the primary point of contact for technical/procedural support and problem resolution to staff at multiple locations. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. - Use of online ticketing system for IT issues. - Knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, Access control systems is a plus. - Proficient in installation, setup and use of all Office 365 products - Ability to run cabling neatly and organized, make own cables CAT5-6 from scratch - Familiar with Retail POS hardware, printers, printer configuration, PC s, Scanners, VOIP phones - Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. - Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Preventative Maintenance of POS equipment and wiring. - Repairing or replacing damaged hardware. - Upgrading systems to enable compatible software on all computers. - Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware. - Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting. - Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues. - Maintaining technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

- Report for work on all assigned workdays and report on time with a positive attendance record. - May be required to travel up to 50% of the time. - Be at least 21 years of age - High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor s degree in Technology or related field preferred. - Must be able to obtain appropriate cannabis licensing cards - 2+ years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance. - A+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous Tryke Companies was organized by a hand-picked group of established industry professionals with a proven track record of success.
