JOB TITLE: INVENTORY SUPERVISOR, PROCESSING DEPARTMENT
STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full-time- Seasonal (9 months)
COMPENSATION: Hourly + full medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life benefits, and paid sick time accrual
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for accurately ensuring all cannabis and assembled inventory is properly assembled, counted, stored, audited and distributed.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Product Development and Compliance Manager
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Inventory Clerks or Processing technicians.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
Responsible for inventory management and control functions, both physical and system, in production licenses in multiple programs, including Quick Books Point of Sale, Metrc and ERP or other inventory management systems that may be adopted.
Maintain inventory control practices including intake, coordination and sales of product.
Maintain accuracy of inventory in storage. Audit all incoming/outgoing at production facility; accounts for all cannabis transferred between licenses.
Responsible for inventory transactions such as product intake and recording product information by collecting, analyzing, and entering information for labels.
Record and communicate all discrepancies to the Product Compliance Manager. Actively investigate & resolve variances and assembly records against on-hand inventory.
Responsible for recording inventory reconciliations relating to the assembly queue, deliveries & on-hand inventory.
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and movement of all cannabis & non cannabis product for Processing.
Assist
Job Requirements:
managers and other responsible persons in Queue maintenance. Identify and communicate issues that could potentially impact product workflow.
Coordinate with labs for Processing testing needs. Including but not limited to
Scheduling sample pick up.
Preparing samples and paperwork including the movement of product through Metrc.
Overseeing sample collection and assuring product is correctly sampled.
Logging test results.
Coordinate with the Processing division for intra division transfers, as well as transfers for Manufacturing and Distribution
Perform other related work as required.
