Inventory Specialist

United Cultivation is growing, and we are looking to add Inventory Specialists to our Retail Cannabis Dispensary team. - Follows inventory management procedures, SOP’s and operational plans - Participates in daily inventory activities: receiving, recording, tracking, distribution, procurement, packaging, and waste - Adheres to stringent state compliance standards and ensures inventory records are accurate - Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits - Perform physical inventory count and reconcile with software tracking - Assist with deliveries by unpacking and matching vendor manifests with physical inventory, rejecting any deliveries with discrepancies - Enter product deliveries into METRC and update online platforms if necessary - Re-stock items and label items - Monitor inventory control procedures for improvement, deficiencies and best practices - Procure product, watch for inventory stock levels and maintain relationships with vendors - Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained at all times by adding and removing products from menus - Maintain education of state and local cannabis regulations - Update Retail Sales Group with inventory concerns and trends - 21+ years of age - Criminal background check (required) - Inventory or Supply Chain experience preferred, 3-4 years - Knowledge of cannabis - Supervising experience preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to lift boxes - Strong verbal and written skills - Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment - Strong work ethic and able to function independently - Punctual Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends Pay frequency: - Every other week Management:
