Inventory Manager

United Cultivation is growing, and we are looking to add an Inventory Manager to our Retail Cannabis Dispensary team. The ideal candidate would be familiar with cannabis industry software and the state inventory management system, METRC. Additional responsibilities include: - Direct oversight of inventory management, SOP’s and operational plans - Meet stringent state compliance standards and ensure inventory records are accurate - Manage, delegate, motivate and train team of Inventory Specialists - Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits - Perform physical inventory count and reconcile with software reporting - Assist with deliveries and unpacking of inventory to ensure accounting and accuracy of vendor manifests - Enter new product deliveries into METRC and update online platforms if necessary - Re-stock items and label items - Monitor inventory control procedures for improvement, deficiencies and best practices - Procure product and inventory supplies and maintain relationships with vendors - Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained at all times by adding and removing products from menus - Maintain education of state and local cannabis regulations - Update Retail Sales Group with inventory concerns and trends - Oversee daily inventory activities: receiving, recording, tracking, distribution, procurement, packaging, and waste - 21+ years of age - Criminal background check (required) - Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry - Inventory or Supply Chain experience preferred, 3-4 years - Knowledge of cannabis - Supervising experience preferred - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Ability to lift boxes - Strong verbal and written skills - Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment - Strong
