Job Description:

21+ years old
-
Minimum of 3 years working as a manager or lead in cannabis dispensaries.

Possess a valid government-issued ID.

Submit to background check.
-
No felonies.

Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.

Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, and willing to adjust schedule according to the needs of Ohana.

Possess intimate knowledge and understanding of current California legal regulations, including Cannabis, Labor, METRC, OSHA and HIPAA.

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.

Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.
-
Skilled at building and managing teams.
-
Good communication skills and conflict resolution strategy.

Solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to create standard operating procedures, reports, and business communication.

Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.

Must have a high level of organization.

Complete daily inventory counts and reports.
-
Reconcile orders and exchanges with METRC daily.
-
Update POS system and online menu’s with pictures, descriptions, and cannabinoid descriptions.
-
Order products from vendors to maintain stable robust inventory.
-
Identify fast and slow selling products and adjust orders based on demand. Communicate with general manager about slow selling products and cycle new brands in to replace them.

Solicit customer requests from staff to adjust local inventory to local preference.

Maintain a proactive, positive relationship with manufacturers and distributors.
-
Train staff to receive, document, secure, and distribute incoming inventory.

Manage transfer of inventory from department to department.

Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Job Requirements:
Facilitate exchanges of defective products with customers and report all exchanges to Metrc.

Identify products close to expiration date and expedite sales of batch before financial loss.

Master Ohana’s inventory management procedures, and suggest improvements to the system to optimize inventory control procedures.

Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments for management and for the sales team.

Ensure products meet BCC requirements.
