Inventory Assistant

- Accurately assist the Inventory Administrator and Inventory Specialist with all inventory functions including tagging, labeling, and sorting cannabis plants and tags - Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory control functions while maintaining safety and compliance - Communicate with the Inventory Department and Operations Manager all discrepancies - Assist with the destruction of all cannabis waste products - Provide support during the harvest including moving, weighting, and tracking cannabis plants - All other duties as assigned - High School Diploma or GED required - Ability to quickly learn and master new skills - Strong math skills - Inventory management experience preferred - Detail-oriented, dependable and able to work well both alone and with others - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Employee needs to be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch and reach throughout the day
