Greenside is a fast-paced retail cannabis store that is seeking some awesome inventory associates to join our growing team. Key responsibilities would include but not limited to; stocking, organizing, assisting the sales floor, merchandising, and customer service. · Model exemplary customer service by demonstrating Greenside standards through every guest, vendor, and team member interaction · Maintain WSLCB Traceability System Online for recreational sales. · Ensure in-shop inventory matches WSLCB Traceability System and the inventory management system · Maintain internal inventory controls utilizing the inventory management system · Maintain internal inventory controls utilizing the inventory management system · Support Purchasing Manager with volume report analysis and low product notifications · Direct communication regarding basic support questions pertaining to the inventory management system and WSLCB Traceability System · Maintain best by date calendar on perishable items · Manage the BOH organization while communicating regularly with the Store manager, assistant managers and budtenders. · Ensure the in-shop and online menus represent accurate warehouse inventory · Identify quality standards set by the Purchasing Manager and ensure these are met during partner deliveries · Maintain quarantine area and return manifests · Improve and document all inventory management and WSLCB Traceability System procedures, allowing any manager the ability to assist in the case of emergencies · Maintain consistent naming conventions in KORONA for easy filtering and sales reporting · Ensure all compliance concerns are addressed immediately · Identify significant in-house sales trends and communicate to the Purchasing Manager · Maintain BOH cleanliness standards Job Type: Full-time Pay:
