The HR Analyst is responsible for data management and analysis to contribute to business strategy and goals. This individual will work closely with the HR team to guide decisions and provide suggestions for process improvement in the department and the overall organization. Also supporting administration and maintenance of employee data in systems and physical documents. This person must have generalist-level knowledge of HR law and best practices in most competencies of the HR function to be able to provide educated suggestions on metric findings. The position will also be responsible for generating, maintaining, and analyzing a variety of ad hoc and standard reports, many of which are related to compliance, HR metrics, and company initiatives. ). The ideal candidate will be a detailed-oriented individual with advanced MS Excel, HRIS, and analytical skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy. Additional expectations of this role are to be a strong communicator in relaying metrics to senior management in a polished format, and utilizing storytelling when providing analysis and suggestions. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager. - Manage audits and data collection as needed (EDD, 401K, Benefits, EEOC, Workers Compensation, talent acquisition) - Manage new system implementations

Job Requirements:

working with external vendors to provide accurate data for a successful rollout - Identify analytics platform and implement HR dashboard monitoring department KPIs - Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, excel, and dashboards to provide analysis and suggestions to management based on trends - Storytelling and visualization skills in order to communicate effectively with the business and share results - Document and recordkeeping management - Performance management program development and management utilizing metrics to identify areas for improvement and work with Generalists in succession planning - Track and monitor OSHA and Workers Compensation analytics working with Safety program to monitor trends suggesting areas of improvement - Support HR Budget management and headcount forecasting while partnering with Finance - Maintain employee data integrity utilizing Greenleaf & other platforms. - Administer HR processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, document maintenance, terminations, etc.). - Generate and maintain a variety of ad hoc and standard reports utilizing GreenLeaf, Microsoft Excel, and internal proprietary software. Reports may relate to government compliance reporting, benefits, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. - Analyze results to confirm the accuracy and reliability of the information, ensure that results are in line with reporting requirements, and make recommendations based on the information as needed. - Partner with Payroll, IT, and other teams as needed to generate data from non-HR systems that are needed for tracking, project, or decision-making purposes. - Stakeholder management to bring everyone together and enable employees to support analytics projects - Support the HR team on special projects as needed. Participate in project meetings and provide status updates. - Act as the backup HR Generalist
