We’re busy and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to fill a
· Collaborate with and support HR Manager and other leaders in hiring great candidates.
· Partner with employees to create a positive and mutually beneficial experience.
· Build relationships based on trust and credibility.
· Execute job offers, pre-employment drug tests, and background checks.
· Assist with onboarding to ensure a great start for new employees.
· Perform a variety of HR tasks to shape and represent an experience for both employees and candidates which is consistent with the organizational and community values of Pacific Coast Fruit Company.
· Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environments is a plus.
· Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, and anticipate business requirements.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to engage others in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
· Ability and desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
· Demonstrated ability to integrate policies, common sense, judgment and business needs.
· A great sense of humor and the ability to view challenges as opportunities, not crises.
