Job Requirements:
audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview process
- Assisting with implementing and communicating local Curaleaf HR programs and corporate HR programs
- Responsible for managing the onboarding process of new hires, preparing new employee files, and utilizing WURK (HRIS system)
- Collaborate with resolving day to day employee benefits and payroll administration
- Assist with the bi-weekly payroll processing and personal time off tracking procedures using WURK, in accordance with company policies and ensuring all pay charges are approved by appropriate leaders
- Assist with the mid-year and annual performance evaluation program for all employees of the company
- Communicates benefits information to employees, and coordinates with benefits broker
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, performance evaluation forms, etc.
- Assists with employee training and development efforts as needed
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and personnel records
- Ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed
- Ensure all HR required postings are kept up to date in the facility
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 2-4 years' experience in compliance and HR
