Job Details: Company: ArunaPosition: Human Resources AdministratorPay: From $45,000 Annually, Based on HR ExperienceLocation: Lee, MARemote (Y/N): NFull Time – Direct hire (FTE) The HR Admin will be a point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries, as well as maintaining onsite administrative processes. An HR administrator is responsible for a wide range of duties, including helping with daily HR tasks such as resolving employee issues, performance and training, labor relations, administering employment, implementing benefits, organizational development, managing confidential HR data, maintaining HR data systems, handling employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs. The HR Admin will also be responsible for helping the facility maintain adequate administrative processes and supporting the Cultivation & Processing teams with tasks such as: receiving deliveries, managing consumables inventory, maintaining community spaces, and general office management. Responsibilities Include but may not be limited to: Provides digital orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, creating employee accounts, assisting in providing employee technologies, explaining benefit programs, registering & tracking new hire onboarding/ training progress, distributing company materials (i.e. Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

Job Requirements:

Managing Administrative duties such as answering the phone, monitoring general correspondence from outside the facility, checking the mail and post office box, communicating inefficiencies to upper management and implementing solutions, and maintaining adequate office/paperwork organization Minimal Qualifications: SHRM Certifications, SHRM Knowledge base, or Associate's Degree in Business Administration Preferred Strong Computer Skills, Open to and Capable of Learning Different Softwares to Facilitate Responsibilities Physical and Environmental Requirements: General office environment Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Work Location: One location
